Plan creator compensation before you promise it. This UGC budget planner models a fixed amount per creator, a fee per eligible post, and one CPM rate with an optional performance cap.

Start here

  1. Duplicate this page. In Budget plans → Blank starters, duplicate START HERE — blank plan, rename it and uncheck Starter.
  2. In Creator estimates → Blank starters, duplicate the blank estimate once per creator. Rename each copy, uncheck Starter, and link it to exactly one plan. Use one currency and payout period per plan.
  3. Enter every input, including explicit zeros. Check Inputs confirmed only after reviewing the rules and numbers. Unconfirmed rows are excluded from the forecast.
  4. Open the plan to compare forecast spend with available budget. Run a separate low, expected and high-view plan; these are alternatives, not amounts to add together.

The examples are fictional planning assumptions, not market rates or earnings promises. This template neither determines contractual amounts due nor sends money.

What the calculator does

Creator forecast = fixed amount + eligible posts × fee per post + performance pay.

Performance pay = eligible views ÷ 1,000 × CPM, limited by the per-creator performance cap only when Cap enabled is checked.

Plan forecast = sum of confirmed creator forecasts + other costs + contingency reserve.

The cap applies only to the CPM component. Fixed amounts and per-post fees remain outside it. Zero cap with Cap enabled means no performance pay. Cap disabled means uncapped performance pay.

Amounts use two decimal places. Numbers are currency-neutral: enter the currency code on each plan and do not mix currencies. Budget headroom below zero means the forecast exceeds the available budget.
